DMA conducts research into industry trends and practices. For example, our Response Rate Survey, which delivers response rate benchmarks, or our Statistical Fact Book, outlining statistics, projections and information from more than 65 leading research sources in one incredible report!

White Papers
DMA Web site provides white papers from the DMA and experts in the industry covering best practices, case studies and how-tos.

Library
The reference materials within the DMA Library & Resource Center provide both background and current state-of-the-art industry information. We have more than 700 books and directories on direct marketing and related topics, 20 direct marketing and other business publications, 1,800 ECHO campaign case studies (the Oscars of direct marketing), over 800 mail order catalogs, and more. In addition we have our online library, DirectLINK. This reference database for direct marketers provides members with immediate access to the extensive DMA library.
